Our Good Class Bungalow interior design project appeared on the cover of the June-July 2026 issue of Tatler Homes Singapore! This being the second home we’ve designed for this three-generational family makes it even more meaningful. Having worked with our client before, we came in with a strong foundation: a genuine understanding of how they live and what they love while also staying open to evolving tastes.
The two-storey GCB with a basement and attic is built around a central courtyard framed by full-height glazing on every level. The architecture already came with standout features like a scalloped timber feature wall in the informal living area. Our aim: a luxury bungalow interior that would do justice to the stunning architecture.
While the family’s previous semi-detached house was decked out in a neutral palette of greys with touches of gold, this GCB interior design eases into an earthy palette. Browns, terracotta and burnt orange feel grounded and bring warmth.

Across the home, spaces were designed to serve each generation. Handrails were added for the grandparents. Luxury furnishings from Fendi, Minotti, and Occhio bring elegance throughout.

In the gaming and flight simulator room, we created three zones: flight simulation, television gaming, and PC gaming. The curves of the Roche Bobois Bubble sofa soften the faceted, backlit feature wall in this bespoke home entertainment space.

The master suite occupies the entire attic, comprising a boutique-style walk-in wardrobe, a lounge, and a sleeping area with two Visionnaire queen-size beds.

The master bathroom –with a steam room, a sauna and a sunken bath that looks out to an enclosed landscape garden – is a private wellness retreat built into the structure of daily life.
At its heart, this three-generational Singapore GCB is a reflection of a family’s journey together, a home that caters to phases of life with equal care.
