Anchored by Heritage
A black & white good class bungalow, a gazetted conservation building turned clubhouse in the heart of Orchard Road, rows of conservation shophouses in Joo Chiat and a black & white bungalow at Nepal Park, what do the following projects have in common? The interiors of these projects are inspired and anchored by heritage as they recall the spirit of a bygone era but modernised with a contemporary twist to stay relevant for today’s living, travelling and working experience. The traditional meets the contemporary on several levels e.g. traditional timber hardwood floors are contrasted with customized contemporary fixtures, facade fenestrations are carefully retained yet they allow temperature controls within the building envelops.
