​MTU is the core business of Rolls-Royce Power Systems. The company produces large high-speed engines and propulsion systems for ships, heavy land, rail and defense vehicles, as well as drive systems for use in the oil and gas industry and in power generation. The design brief was to develop a prototype customer service center cum showroom at its headquarters in Singapore which could be rolled out in the other Asia Pacific countries. This office design was highly commended in the Asia Pacific Property Awards.
