Human Capital Leadership Institute’s office originally started off in a black & white bungalow. The brief required us to design spaces within the conservation envelope which could facilitate the programs and events attended by leaders in business, government, and academia. The main bungalow housed the reception, lounge, large pantry and work areas, including a chill-out space on the balcony. The out-house typically of black & white bungalows was converted to the boardroom with the modern technologies expected for board level meetings. This office design was highly commended in the Asia Pacific Property Awards.
