Solutions in detail
The planning for the interior took almost half a year in order to achieve the desired customization.
The result, an apartment with an air of understated sophistication. Despite it's designer-styled appearance, it is very practical and designed for everyday living. For instance, a pedestal in the living room was designed to double as storage space for a home entertainment system.
Different textures and colours were introduced to provide visual interest. The use of earthy, neutral slate colours of cream and dark brown contrasted with accents of gold and green.
Initially the clients were not very comfortable with using wallpapers. However in the end they were glad they got persuaded to do it because it made the apartment cosier.
